a few good ones

Maddie said some stuff this morning that I didn't want to forget.
Unfortunately, I'm even drawing a blank right now trying to remember what I wanted to get written down.
I do remember this first one.

-- I was fixing her hair before school and she said, "Mom, you should work at a hair shop." She thinks I do hair all the time because I'm always doing hers, but little does she know, I just fake it every day and I have no idea what I'm really doing. Anyway, I began putting a lot of bobby pins in to hold things together but it was pulling at her hair really bad and it hurt so then she said, "No, maybe you should be a dentist instead."
