Lost keys caught on video
Most of you have probably heard the story, but we haven't pulled the video out till now. So a couple years ago, Christmas of 2007 to be precise, Dixie and I took Maddie sledding in the field behind Kaysville Jr. High. However, when we finished and went back to the car to go home, I found that my car keys were not in my coat pocket. The car was locked, and we couldn't find the keys anywhere. We looked around for quite a while, and then decided that they were probably forever lost in the snow. So we called my Dad to come pick us up.
Well later that evening, we pulled out the video we recorded of us sledding to show Maddie. Then I thought, "what if the video could give me a clue as to where I might have lost the keys?'" It was a long shot, but I figured what the heck. What I saw on the video, I almost completely missed, but somehow caught it and was absolutely amazed. Blogger really compresses videos down till they look really crappy. So sorry, the video doesn't look all that great, and it's kinda hard to make it out. But here you go anyway:
So there you have it. I went back the next morning, and found them right away!

Congratulations Natalie!
So, we promised while we were begging you all to sign up for WishTeller.com, that if we won the $1000, we would give someone $100 of the prize money. So since we won, we put everyone's name in a bag, and put your name in multiple times for those of you that got other people to sign up. Well we drew from the bag today and pulled out Natalie, Dixie's cousin. So congrats Natalie! We'll get you your prize money as soon as possible. Jordan comes home this week!

Ryan was only 6 months old when Jordan left, so all he knows of Jordan is through pictures! I hope he's this excited when he sees Jordan in person!

WE WON!!
Just wanted to say thanks to everyone who nagged all their friends and family to help us win the WishTeller contest. We haven't "officially" won yet, they have to validate the results and they'll announce the winner on Tuesday the 19th, but at the end of the contest we were in the lead by 30. We'll keep you posted.

The company I work for just built a new website, and to promote it, they are having a contest among all the employees to see who can get the most friends on the site. It's called WishTeller.com. You basically make a list on the site of stuff you want, making it easier for everyone to find gifts for eachother that they actually want/need.
